RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision within the 14-day period and return the item in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Returns After 14 Days
We offer an extended 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
Returns requested after the initial 14-day withdrawal period are eligible for store credit only, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges & Limited Availability
Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.If the requested size or item is no longer in stock, an exchange may not be possible. In such cases, a return for refund or store credit (depending on the return timing) will be offered in accordance with this policy.
